HORMIPERLITA

Hormiperlita is a light mortar made from a mixture of cement, perlite and additives to which only water needs to be added for pouring.

FORMAT:

Hormiperlita is supplied in 25-litre bags (40 bags = 1 metre cubed).

ADVANTAGES:

  1. Constant dosage; the cement - sand ratio does not change since it is a product that is produced and mixed industrially.

  2. Does not lose stability over time.

  3. Light, easy to transport and handle.

APPLICATIONS:

  1. Formation of slopes on terraces. Does not require a compression sheet to lay asphalt fabric.

  2. Light floor fillers.

  3. Heat insulation between floors.

  4. Vault fillers.

POURING:

  1. The surface should be dust- and grease-free.

  2. When applying manually, mix in a cement mixer by firstly adding the mixing water and then the Hormiperlita. The mixing time is from 2 to 3 minutes. Next, pour and smooth out the mortar.

  3. When applying using a mechanical method, helicoidal pumps should be used which transport the mortar in its wet state (Putzmeister)

  4. In this case, a volume reduction of around 15% should be taken into account.

  5. Hormiperlita becomes traffic-bearing 48 hours after it has been applied.
