HORMIPERLITA Hormiperlita is a light mortar made from a mixture of cement, perlite and additives to which only water needs to be added for pouring. FORMAT:
| Hormiperlita is supplied in 25-litre bags (40 bags = 1 metre cubed). |
ADVANTAGES:
- Constant dosage; the cement - sand ratio does not change since it is a product that is produced and mixed industrially.
- Does not lose stability over time.
- Light, easy to transport and handle.
|
APPLICATIONS:
- Formation of slopes on terraces. Does not require a compression sheet to lay asphalt fabric.
- Light floor fillers.
- Heat insulation between floors.
- Vault fillers.
|
POURING:
- The surface should be dust- and grease-free.
- When applying manually, mix in a cement mixer by firstly adding the mixing water and then the Hormiperlita. The mixing time is from 2 to 3 minutes. Next, pour and smooth out the mortar.
- When applying using a mechanical method, helicoidal pumps should be used which transport the mortar in its wet state (Putzmeister)
- In this case, a volume reduction of around 15% should be taken into account.
- Hormiperlita becomes traffic-bearing 48 hours after it has been applied.
