The FR ACRYLIC putty has been designed to prevent the spread of fire and smoke through wall and floor joints and openings (including openings created around the fire compartments). It also has acoustic properties.

The FR ACRYLIC when subjected to environmental conditions, preserves and retains a certain degree of elasticity for joint movement. Low exposure to fire, FR ACRYLIC creates a fire-resistant barrier by forming a durable intumescent foam.

The FR ACRYLIC offers fire protection solutions for up to 240 minutes.

Application

Fast application and low material consumption.
Rated for constructions such as plaster panels, masonry and concrete walls and concrete slabs.
Suitable for walls and laminated wooden floors.
Rated to seal all types of service penetrations against fire: cables, cable bundles, cable ducts, steel pipes, copper pipes, composite pipes, PVC pipes, PE pipes, ABS pipes, PP and PEX pipes.
Rated with commonly used pipe insulations , such as rock wool, glass wool, elastomer and phenolic, both interrupted and continuous.
It does not cause damage to PVC pipes.
Great soundproofing.
Seals the passage of air, smoke and fumes. Tested at 1,000 Pascals.
Low emissions.
Easy to apply, with a smooth surface finish.
No primer is needed on most materials.
Suitable for most surfaces: concrete, masonry, steel, plaster, glass, plastics and most non-porous surfaces.
