The FB760 intumescent bags are made of intumescent-based composite material, protected by a highly durable and waterproof fabric bag.

The FB760 bags are designed so that in case of fire, the bag prevents the passage of fire and smoke by closing the hole or wall compartment through which the different services pass.

The FB760 bags have fire resistance ratings of up to 120 minutes.

Application

Clean surfaces of loose particles, moisture, oil, grease or corrosive materials.
Check wall depth and ensure availabilitycorrect size and number of bags.
Make sure all services are independently supported.
Fill small holes with narrow bags and attach the plant covers.
Shake the bags to ensure the even distribution of the filler material. Starting from the bottom of the wall, set the bags out evenly in a brick shape. Use the narrow bags to fill in around the service facilities.
Pack the bags in as the work progresses.
