FR BOARD is a rigid mineral wool panel, sealed on one or both sides by FR COATING and designed to maintain the fire resistance of walls/floors traversed by fire compartments and linear joints.

The FR BOARD must be used together with the FR ACRYLIC putty to seal around the services’ joint on the panel and at the intersection with the supporting work. They are used to maintain the fire resistance of flexible and rigid walls, as well as floors crossed by cables, metal pipes, composite pipes and/or plastic pipes. Also available for linear joint seals.

The FR BOARD offers solutions for fire compartments with fire resistance of up to 240 minutes.

Rated for all types of constructions with or without penetrating fire compartments.
Quick and easy to install.
Additional fire compartments easy to add after installation..
Permanently flexible: it will accommodate movement during the fire, as well as smaller movements in the construction on which it has been installed.
It can be used in unlimited lengths, on walls with heights up to 1200 mm, and on floors with widths up to 800 mm.
It can be installed on plaster walls with or without frames around the opening.
Halogen-free with additional fungicides.
Cured, it resists UVA rays, moisture and frost.
Suitable for most materials, except in direct contact with bituminous materials.
