Contrairement \u00e0 d’autres produits, le\u00a0b\u00e9ton<\/strong>\u00a0poss\u00e8de une\u00a0bonne r\u00e9sistance au feu<\/strong>, principalement en raison de sa\u00a0faible conductivit\u00e9 thermique et de la pr\u00e9sence d’eau \u00e0 l’int\u00e9rieur<\/strong>. Ces deux facteurs ralentissent l’\u00e9chauffement des sections, ce qui permet d’obtenir de bonnes valeurs de r\u00e9sistance au feu.<\/p>\n

Toutefois,\u00a0la capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9sistance au feu des \u00e9l\u00e9ments structurels en b\u00e9ton n’est pas illimit\u00e9e, <\/strong>c\u2019est pourquoi ils doivent \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9s et prot\u00e9g\u00e9s si la r\u00e9sistance requise n’est pas atteinte.<\/p>\n
