FR PUTTY CORD is an easy-to-apply fire and soundproof sealant supplied as a conformable putty. The cord is manageable and reusable thanks to its properties. They are supplied in pre-formed moulded cords that are self-adhesive under pressure; they do not need to fill the space to the required depth.
The FR PUTTY CORD is designed to easily adapt to the fire compartments where the clearance around the services is very small. In addition, it is perfect in situations where there is no space and it is impossible/difficult to use a conventional sealant, due to the depth required and/or the application equipment. Tested for sealing metal pipes and electrical cables.
The FR PUTTY CORD offers solutions for fire compartments with fire resistance of up to 120 minutes.
